Serving Clients Throughout East Tennessee
Representation in Sevier County, Knox County, Blount County and Surrounding Counties
White & White, Attorneys at Law, offers clients the quality legal representation they need. The firm represents individuals throughout Sevierville and the surrounding communities in family law, probate and estate administration, criminal law, and personal injury matters.
Using a Team Approach to Benefit Our Clients
The legal team at White & White, Attorneys at Law, consists of three attorneys, four paralegals and one receptionist. Because the firm uses a team approach, there is always a knowledgeable person available to work directly with individuals. It also means that any legal issues that arise can be handled promptly and efficiently.
Although the firm handles a variety of legal matters, each of the three attorneys focuses on one or two specific practice areas. When clients contact the firm, they work directly with a lawyer who has a deep understanding of the law that is relevant to that person's situation. However, the attorneys work together to provide clients well-rounded legal support in complex matters. If it will be beneficial to the client, two lawyers may go to court to provide a stronger defense and broader base of knowledge.
Unlike some businesses that try to be a jack-of-all-trades but end up being a master of none, White & White, Attorneys at Law, has the knowledge and experience to offer focused representation in a variety of legal areas.
Experience That Makes a Difference
The firm has been practicing together since 2003, and during that time they have handled a variety of cases. Attorney Brandon White has taken cases to the state Supreme Court and has helped establish some of the laws in the criminal arena. He has successfully handled more than 1,000 domestic cases, and the firm has handled many more.
Attorney Felisha White graduated fifth in her law school and has successfully litigated cases to the court of appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, attorney Sue White worked as a unit supervisor at a hospital. She is a registered nurse, has her BA in nursing and a Master's in business. Her understanding of medicine and her nursing experience gives her valuable insight in personal injury cases and the nuances that must be considered in estate planning matters.
